In person, Mum & Baby Pilates Classes
Join us every week for an in person postnatal pilates class so you can carve out some much needed you time without having to find childcare!
With two days to choose from, I hope that you can find a day that will suit you to join us for this incredible class that puts YOU at the centre.
Over 6 weeks join our welcoming and friendly Pilates classes to help restore your core, pelvic floor, posture and overall wellbeing all the while bringing a sense of calm to your new chapter as a mum. We live in a culture that is obsessed with bouncing back or going back. But we’re about looking forward and not only accepting our bodies, but celebrating your incredible body in all it has done for you and your baby. Our expertly designed, safe post-natal Pilates classes will support you with whatever your birth and postnatal journey looks like. Our postnatal classes are tailored to meet your unique needs because we understand every mother and baby is unique. As a mum myself I understand the overwhelm that can come with this chapter of your life so I believe that taking care of yourself is not selfish one bit, but essential for your overall happiness, mental health and ability to care for your little one.
Course dates:
Mondays, 10am at Clock Barn Studio Godalming - 13th, 20th, 27th January & 3rd 10th & 24th February
Thursdays, 10am at Clock Barn Studio Godalming - 16th, 23rd, 30th January & 6th, 13th & 27th February
